Requirements: 8+ years of industry & culinary management experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Ability to lead in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services; Previous experience with food & labor cost control, demonstration cooking, menu development, and culinary team development preferred; P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience desirable
