About: The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to guests visiting the facility. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, accommodating guest needs, resolving complaints, and promoting center offerings to enhance guest experience. The role involves ensuring smooth arrival experiences, giving tours, and assisting with various guest services to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of the facility and surrounding areas; familiarity with emergency management policies; professional and courteous demeanor; adept at using hand-held radios and mobile devices for assistance; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and events
