Position: Call Center Training Instructor I

The employee development team is seeking experienced call center customer service and sales trainers to facilitate new hire training for commercial and public sector clients at their Jacksonville contact center.
Requirements: Highly motivated and dedicated applicants are encouraged to apply for this full-time, on-site position. Requirements include 1+ years of teaching/training experience in a classroom environment, an associate degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, understanding of training techniques, strong presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum design, experience in assessing learning needs and designing training content, willingness to submit to background checks and drug screenings.
