Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent plus two (2) years of customer service and administrative experience; excellent customer service and verbal communication skills; proficiency in computer/basic keyboard skills, telephone etiquette skills, and general office machines; ability to follow oral instructions, read, and write. Preferred qualifications include call center experience and knowledge of basic medical terminology.
