Position: California: Pets Hotel Manager
About: Pets are family members and we know it’s not always easy for them to be away from their parents! That’s why it’s important that we provide a safe, fun and reliable home away from home for all the pets who stay in our hotels. As a Pets Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations of our Pets Hotel-from head to tail! In a hotel as big as ours, we need all hands (and paws!) on deck to ensure we are operating efficiently. So, as a Pets Hotel Manager, you’ll help lead the team in the following areas: Customer Engagement, Safety, and Team Leadership.
Requirements: Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience: Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role in a similar setting preferred; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Knowledge of pet care and safety practices; Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays; Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; Passion for pets and their well-being
