Position: Cafe Sous Chef
About: Monarch Landing, located at 2255 Monarch Dr, Naperville, IL 60563, is a premier Life Plan Community dedicated to offering quality care and a fulfilling lifestyle to senior residents. They are currently seeking a full-time, hospitality-minded Sous Chef for their Cafe.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; certification from a culinary institute or Associate degree in culinary arts preferred; a minimum of 3 years high-volume cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, senior living community, or similar institution and 2 years supervisory experience required.
