Position: Cafe Server
About: Bastion Collection LLC, an established cafe in Houston, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cafe Server to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prioritize customer satisfaction, and uphold safety protocols while preparing and serving beverages at the MFAH location. Building positive relationships with guests and team members is crucial, along with a deep understanding of the company brand and standards.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a similar role; High school diploma or equivalent level of education preferred; Food Handlers Safety Certificate preferred; Ability to read, speak, and interpret documents in clear English; Ability to multitask and thrive in high-volume, high-stress environments; Manual dexterity to operate equipment and handle tasks efficiently; Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, reach, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods; Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
