Position: Café Manager – Mississippi Cafe
About: Grand Central Bakery, a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving high-quality, sustainable, and delicious food while providing outstanding customer service, is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead one of their gorgeous cafes in Portland, Oregon.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as the general manager of a restaurant/cafe, including significant front of house experience, highly preferred; maintains food handler’s card; knowledge of health department regulations; 3 or more years of experience managing in a restaurant environment; passion for delicious food and exceptional customer service; enthusiasm for developing employees; basic technical literacy; expertise in customer service, barista, and sandwich production
