Position: Cafe Manager – Independence Mall
About: Chobani, a purpose-driven and people-first food maker, is looking for a Cafe Manager to build a healthy business and culture within their cafes. The Cafe Manager will work with and develop a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service and quality coffee experience. Chobani, known for its high-quality and nutritious food, acquired La Colombe in 2023, expanding into coffee offerings at their cafes and in retail.
Requirements: Food Service: 3 years of food service experience; Years in Mgmt: 2 years min; People skills: Dealing with the public and team proactively, professionally, and positively; Ownership: Takes initiative, personally drives & takes pride in business. CARES
