About: Cafe at The Barnett is the all-day cafe at The Barnett Hotel, offering responsibly sourced delights such as Stumptown coffee, teas, organic juices, and freshly baked pastries. Located in the Warehouse District, it provides a cozy environment for guests to enjoy a wide selection of food and beverages.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role as an outlet or restaurant manager; Passion for service and providing a premium coffee shop experience; Strong financial acumen skills; Ability to run a P&L, budget, and forecast sales; Leadership experience in a high-performance team environment; Organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal communication skills
