Position: Cafe Manager
About: Urban Air Adventure Park is the preeminent indoor adventure park and the market leader in location-based entertainment. As a part of Urban Air, the Caf Manager will oversee the operations of the Urban Air Caf and guide the performance of Team Members in a practical, hands-on role, focusing on cooking, preparing, and serving food with a sense of urgency while maintaining guest-friendliness and team support.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred; minimum of two (2) years’ previous F&B experience (quick service and/or restaurant experience); 1-3 years’ management experience in the hospitality field preferred; must have a current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or be willing to attain within the first 30 days of employment
