Position: Cafe Lead
About: As a key member of the store leadership team at Arc’teryx, you will be working alongside the Assistant and Store Manager, leading talented Product Guides and facilitating the guest experience. You are part of every area of the retail store including experience, product, community, operations, and people, seeking ways to evolve practices. Product-obsessed, you prioritize connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same.
Requirements: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in coffee shop or retail management; excellent communication and leadership skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; passion for coffee and customer service; deep knowledge of coffee, espresso, and teas; ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive in identifying and solving issues; highly flexible and adaptable; ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement; commitment to creating a better world.
