Position: Cafe Chef
About: The Nash Casino in an equal opportunity employer (EOE) located in an exciting gaming environment in an undisclosed location. The establishment is dedicated to providing exceptional food experiences to guests through its Cafe and Noodle Bar, and is seeking a skilled and experienced Cafe Chef to lead the culinary team and ensure top-quality food service. The Cafe Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain recipe consistency, and uphold Health Department standards to deliver outstanding culinary offerings in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of specialized culinary experience; high school diploma or its equivalent; must be 21 years of age or older; must pass all required pre-screening and background checks; ability to work a variety of shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled; must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction
