About: Ginger and Baker, located in a historic 100-year-old grain mill, is a community gathering place in Northern Colorado offering two restaurants, a coffee shop, teaching kitchen, event spaces, and a retail market. The establishment features authentic Colorado cuisine and emphasizes partnerships with local farmers, ranchers, food artisans, and craftspeople to showcase the region’s unique spirit. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in culinary arts in a free-standing restaurant or resort/hotel; 2+ years of management experience in a free-standing restaurant or resort/hotel; High volume restaurant experience a plus; Event experience a plus; Strong staff management capabilities; Passion for new flavor profiles and cooking techniques; Knowledge of cost and labor processes; Basic knowledge of service and food and beverage products; Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a PC/Software system
