Position: C. Ellet’s Steakhouse: Sous Chef

About: C. Ellet’s Steakhouse, located in The Battery, is looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join their team. They offer top-tier steaks, incredible seafood, and delicious craft cocktails, embodying the essence of American steakhouses and Chef Hopkins’s New Orleans culinary experiences.

Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; minimum 3 years of kitchen leadership experience, BEO experience a plus; food safety knowledge; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, and Excel; able to move and/or lift products up to 50 pounds; able to stand for long periods, occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch; able to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
