Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Butler or in Food and Beverage at a 5-star luxury hotel preferred; Excellent guest service, anticipatory skills, attention to detail, discretion, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills; Polite and professional attitude; Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work well in a team and with co-workers; Must be well-groomed and able to work any day of the week and any shift; Ability to read, write, and speak in English
