Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Butler or in Food and Beverage or related field at a 5-star luxury hotel is preferred; Excellent guest service, anticipatory skills, attention to detail and discretion required; Ability to work under pressure and have strong organizational skills; Display a polite and professional attitude; Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team; Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift; Must present a well-groomed appearance; Ability to read, write and speak in English
