Position: BUSSER/SERVER ASSISTANT
About: As a server assistant at Zea Rotisserie and Bar, you will be responsible for assisting the servers in various functions and duties, including clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, running food, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Your role is crucial in ensuring a superior dining experience for our guests through efficient and personalized service.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; ability to learn and utilize the company culture effectively; strong communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in English language (reading, writing, spoken); basic math skills; ability to follow instructions and problem-solve; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various tasks in a restaurant environment
