About: P.F. Chang’s, a well-known restaurant chain, is currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly Bussers. The Busser role involves cleaning, running food, bussing tables, and providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable dining experience for guests.
Requirements: No prior experience required; Excellent customer service skills; Minimum age requirement varies by state (17 years in AZ, CO, OK, TX; 18 elsewhere); Current Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain one where applicable); Physical ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 lbs; Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment; Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
