Position: Busser I
About: Desert Diamond Casino is seeking a Busser to join their team under the direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Supervisor. The Busser is responsible for setting tables, removing soiled dishes, maintaining side stations, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws and internal controls.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred; some experience in the restaurant, kitchen, or dining area field; minimum age of 18; no felony convictions; ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations; strong communication skills in English; ability to provide outstanding guest service and work in a fast-paced environment.
