Position: Business Operations Manager – Sales Strategic Initiatives
About: Cisco’s Sales Strategic Initiatives team is responsible for driving priority initiatives to accelerate and optimize the go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The team focuses on building a unified customer definition, an evolved segmentation model, and evolved sales policies to improve efficiency and drive growth. As a Business Operations Manager for Sales Strategic Initiatives at Cisco, you will lead efforts to standardize processes, analyze data, and enhance sales operations for market presence impact.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in business operations or sales strategy roles at a large global company or leading planning and change management efforts for a large organization; Strong background in data analysis with project management, CRM tools (Salesforce), and sales analytics platforms knowledge; Sophisticated understanding of Cisco’s current structure and industry standards for customer definition and sales planning processes.
