Position: Business Development Manager

Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales with experience in in-person cold call sales; comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions, good listening skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; results-driven attitude and self-starter; strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities; uncompromising honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism; dedication to high-quality customer service; analytical, research abilities, knowledge of relationship management best practices; problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities; outgoing and customer-oriented attitude; 3+ years of sales or customer service experience; preferred: general construction experience, plumbing/HVAC/restoration experience; existing relationships with insurance agencies, plumbing, or construction trades; willingness to travel within territory; valid driver’s license, clean criminal history and driving record, willingness to undergo background check and driving record check
