Requirements: Previous experience as bus person; Experience working with In-Room Dining; Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills; Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations; Knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately; Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
