Position: Bus Person (Busser)
About: Goldbelt Tram, the only aerial tramway in Southeast Alaska, offers guests the opportunity to soar to new heights in scenic adventure aboard Juneau’s top attraction. Guests can experience breathtaking Alaska scenery, explore Mount Roberts trails, and learn about Alaska Native culture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to meet time and attendance requirements; ability to work all shifts including holidays and weekends; ability to handle stress under pressure; ability to provide quality customer service; ability to learn, understand, and follow oral and written instructions/directions; skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships; ability to work directly with the public; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability/willingness to learn and share information on local history, people, culture, and geography; ability to work productively and quickly and learn busser practices and techniques; successfully pass background check; possess State of Alaska Food Worker Card
