About: We are looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers to join our team. The Restaurant Assistant Managers support the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales effectively. They are responsible for implementing restaurant systems, achieving goals, developing staff, and ensuring outstanding service. The position involves hands-on participation in day-to-day operations, team training, maintaining standards, and meeting financial objectives.
Requirements: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting; excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a high-volume setting under pressure; reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; minimum age of 18 with authorization to work in the US
