Position: Building Operations Supervisor II
About: Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking a Building Operations Supervisor II to manage the daily operations and maintenance of a community, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for residents and staff. This role requires expertise in facility management, overseeing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as supervising a maintenance team and coordinating projects. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and relevant experience in building maintenance and safety management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2 years experience in building maintenance with proven competency in electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, painting, patching, grounds maintenance, vendor relationships, HVAC etc; experience as a supervisor; familiarity with tools and equipment relevant to the position; basic math skills and proficiency with applicable software applications; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to read, write, and speak English; possession of an MVR in good standing for state operations with reliable transportation
