Position: Buffet Setup & Runner
About: Interlachen Country Club is currently seeking a Buffet Setup & Runner to ensure a memorable dining experience for all members and guests. The role involves serving food and beverages as well as maintaining a clean and organized workstation in accordance with established standards.
Requirements: 1 year of related experience preferred but not required; May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; May be required to work in the heat and sun for periods of time; Requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching; Must be able to stand for extended periods of time; May be required to climb step stools of a height of 3 feet; Must carry and balance loaded tray; Must be capable of working under pressure; Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, team environment
