Position: Brewpub (Restaurant) Manager

About: This position is for a Brewpub Manager at a location in Anaheim, CA. The Brewpub Manager will oversee brewpub operations under the direction of the BP General Manager, managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, safety, and Human Resources. The role requires extensive knowledge of company policies, training, and experience.

Requirements: 2-3 years of progressive brewpub management experience within a full-service, high-volume, corporate, and/or multi-unit environment; emphasis in Hospitality/Brewpub Management preferred; professional verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel applications; experience with Toast POS operating system and GAAP practices preferred; previous kitchen experience preferred; ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, prioritize work assignments, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
