Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or sufficient experience; Leadership experience in team development and aligning with company values; Mechanical aptitude with a track record in rigging, lifting, fabrication, or transportation; Financial acumen in business planning and achieving success metrics; Project Management experience in construction and industrial sectors; Proficiency in computer software and management reporting for metrics communication.
