Position: Boutique Hotel Executive Chef
About: We are seeking a Hotel Executive Chef for our tranquil Marina Front Luxury Hotel. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Luxury Hotel kitchen management, with a minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef. Additionally, they should possess at least 3 years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-end, high-profile restaurant, expertise in Hotel banquets, working with sales and operations for high-end functions, strong financial acumen, and the ability to work within food and labor cost guidelines.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in Luxury Hotel kitchen management, at least 3 years as Exec. Chef; At least 3 years of kitchen leadership (CDC, Sous, Lead, tournet) in a high-end, high-profile restaurant; Experience with Hotel banquets and working with sales and operations to execute high-end functions; Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines
