Position: BOH Executive Sous Chef
About: Hawksmoor Chicago, located in the historical powerhouse of American beef, is opening its second international restaurant in the LaSalle Street Cable Car Powerhouse, a designated landmark initially opened in 1887, with a vision to restore its original features and bring new life to the space. The establishment is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their team and work alongside the Executive Chef in this exciting venture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Extensive experience running kitchens in Chicago; Experience launching and opening restaurants in Chicago and the US; Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses; Top management and interpersonal skills; Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train all employees
