Position: BOH – Chef De Cuisine – Warehouse / Bakery
About: SA Hospitality Group is a culinary company based in New York City, founded by Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Pauli in 2003. The group includes three distinct brands – Sant Ambroeus, Casa Lever, and Felice, with a total of 24 restaurant locations across Manhattan, Southampton, East Hampton, Aspen, Milan, and Palm Beach.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role in a high-volume kitchen; strong understanding of menu development, inventory management, and cost control; ability to lead and train culinary staff effectively; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of safety and health regulations in a kitchen environment; availability to work 53 hours per week
