Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; 2 years executive chef experience in fast-paced scratch kitchens; Servsafe certification or equivalent; basic math skills for recipe conversion and yield guides; excellent knife skills, including meat/fish butchery; experience making stocks & sauces; in-depth experience with people management, strong interpersonal & communication skills; servant-style leadership
