Position: Blue Ribbon Sushi – Sushi Cook – (Part Time) – GVR
About: A high-volume restaurant is seeking a Sushi Cook to directly support the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Asst. Room Chef. The role involves ensuring the Sushi Bar and equipment are well-maintained, adhering to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include preparing sushi dishes, cutting fish and vegetables, making rolls, and following recipes diligently.
Requirements: Minimum of one to two years of Sushi Making experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred; Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards; Demonstrated sound judgment and great attention to detail.
