Position: Blue Ribbon Sushi – General Manager – GVR
About: Blue Ribbon Sushi is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of their establishment, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, collaborating with the management team on menu changes, and creating a positive dining experience for guests through attentive interaction on the restaurant floor.
Requirements: Minimum five (5) years previous Food and Beverage management experience in a fine dining and high-paced environment preferred; Extensive Sake, Wine, Beer and Spirit Knowledge Preferred; Effective communication skills with guests, team members, and management; Strong leadership qualities to motivate team members and provide excellent service; Experience in training and development of staff, understanding of sales goals and quality control; Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and work independently; Open availability for various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
