Position: Bistro Mariposa Room Chef
About: Monarch Casino Resort Spa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bistro Restaurant Chef de Cuisine to join their team. The restaurant offers a luxury experience for guests and provides a non-smoking environment with elevated Southwest cuisine and authentic ingredients with a twist.
Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of culinary experience; Culinary degree from a recognized culinary or trade school; Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and stand for 90% of the time; Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
