Position: Bistro Cook (Line Cook)
About: At Courtyard we have everything you need to move forward with your new career at the newly renovated Courtyard by Marriott Aventura Mall; we are looking for a dedicated Bistro Cook to join our Team.
Requirements: 1 Year of Line Cook experience required; Food Safety Certificate preferred; The employee is required to stand, walk, for prolonged periods of time; Must use hands to perform food preparation and sanitation responsibilities; Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.; Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch to restock, store and clean; Must have good near and far vision, including ability read and interpret written instructions/directions; Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers; Ability to distinguish smells; Duties mainly performed indoors; Must be able to hear, moderate noise level
