Position: Bilingual Spanish Concierge Navigator – Advocate

Requirements: Experience helping members navigate access to care through Medicare Advantage or HMO, including referrals and authorizations; experience helping members navigate their Medicare Advantage benefits including medical, prescription drug, and supplemental benefits; outbound call center experience involving welcome/onboarding, appointment scheduling, retention, sales, or other health care/health plan-related programs and inbound call center experience with a higher level of problem-solving; high school diploma or GED; two to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; bilingual English/Spanish or Vietnamese, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean; motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize work assignments and be productive; team player willing to support colleagues and contribute to organizational goals; natural teacher with the ability to educate members on healthcare coverage and services; genuine passion for customer service; strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM); excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be willing to work full-time and overtime annually during specific enrollment periods such as October – December and January – March.
