Position: Bilingual Resort Phone Concierge (English/Japanese) (Hiring Immediately)

Operators at Aulani are responsible for providing guests with their first experience of the Spirit of Aulani, assisting with pre-arrival needs, and ensuring outstanding service during their stay. They handle phone inquiries, assist guests, cast members, and non-guests with requests and questions.
Requirements: Proficient in English and Japanese Language required; must have Graveyard availability; previous cash handling and computer experience; ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment; ability to multitask; ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods; enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests; receptive to special requests; willingness to follow instructions and take direction; training availability of 7-8 weeks of full availability required immediately following the start date
