Requirements: One (1) year minimum experience working with HR related matters or two (2) years Administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment; Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish at an intermediate to advanced level; Intermediate skills in programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint systems, and Outlook; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to prioritize deadlines; Proficient in office equipment and correspondence preparation; Must maintain confidentiality; Able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary
