Position: Beverage Shift Manager
About: Manages and organizes the activities of beverage services to maintain high standards and embody the spirit of SAHARA in our beverage quality, service, and marketing. Focus is on managing the operations of beverage services in bars, lounges, and the casino floor, creating daily and weekly scheduling of beverage staff, coordinating SOPs, implementing cocktail/beverage programs, and ensuring top-notch guest experiences.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years work experience in a leadership role within beverage services; Working knowledge of mixology, wines, casino floor beverage service, VIP bottle service, and all phases of beverage administration; Strong guest service, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills; Computer skills including MS Office and Point of Sales systems; Exceptional coaching and communication skills; Must be 21 years of age or older; Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License, Nevada Food Handler Safety card, and Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card
