Position: Beverage Manager-Gordon Ramsay Steak (Paris LV)
About: The Bar Manager supervises the FOH assistant managers, develops beverage programs, and ensures maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining budgetary profit margins. This role involves directly supervising various front of house staff members and enforcing quality standards and compliance measures.
Requirements: Work prefers a degree in Beverage Management; Work requires at least 5 years food and beverage experience and/or training or equivalent combination; Work prefers at least 3 years supervisory experience; Work requires effective communication in English; Must present a neat and professional appearance; Work requires interactions with customers, public, and co-workers; Work requires schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays; Must have knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Windows, and LMS.
