Position: Bench Executive Chef

About: White Lodging, a leading hotel management company, is seeking a passionate and creative Chef to oversee all culinary functions at their hotel in location code A75. The Chef will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences through innovative menu creations and maintaining high-quality standards for both front and back of house associates.

Requirements: Associates of Culinary Arts or Business Administrative; experience in leading culinary teams and managing kitchen operations; knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices; proficiency in basic computer skills, cooking equipment, stewarding maintenance, human resources, and sales techniques; analytical and strategic thinking skills
