About: The Crowne Plaza Knoxville is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Bell Attendant to join our team and ensure our guests have a memorable stay. This role involves greeting guests, assisting with luggage, supporting front desk operations, and providing exceptional service to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age and older and have a valid driver’s license; ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods; flexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent GED; excellent customer service and communication skills; at least 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar customer service position
