Requirements: 10 years of progressive culinary experience preferred, with five years in senior management; strong passion for sustainable and fresh seafood; proven experience in leading culinary teams and kitchen operations; ability to maximize efficiency and productivity to ensure guest satisfaction; proficiency in menu development, cost control, and training culinary staff
