Position: Beauty Concierge – The Summit Rack
About: Nordstrom, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a Rack Beauty Concierge to join their team. The ideal candidate for this fast-paced and energetic retail environment will be responsible for sharing beauty trends, providing product knowledge to customers, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and ensuring a positive customer experience with efficient service and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a retail environment preferred; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to remain calm and professional in a busy retail setting
