About: Nordstrom Rack is a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment where team members assist customers in finding great deals, handling fitting room experiences, organizing stockrooms, and maintaining the sales floor. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks and work in a busy retail setting; flexibility in work schedule
