Position: Bartender – The Dawn Club (Monday/Thurs-Sat)
About: From the team behind bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a bar on Market Street in San Francisco that includes cocktails, live jazz, and one of the rarest whiskey collections in North America. Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 11 pm, with occasional exceptions (closing shifts).
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant, or nightclub; Knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles; Knowledge of different spirits and wines are preferred; Demonstrate an ability to maintain strong coworker relationships; Flexible evening availability; Able to take direction and follow through on all reasonable requests from managers; Able to stand 8-10 hours
