Requirements: Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Alcohol Awareness Certification required to comply with State regulations. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language. Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to manage difficult customer situations, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures, as well as adherence to policies and procedures. Flexibility to work outside of regular hours based on business needs.
