Position: Barista & Bartender
About: • Barista Duties:• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies.• Ensure high-quality standards in beverage preparation and presentation.• Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.• Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and syrups.• Assist in creating seasonal beverage specials and promotions.• Bartender Duties:• Craft a diverse range of cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.• Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.SALARY RANGE: $18.00 – $19.00 PER HOUR
Requirements: • Regularly required to stand, walk, talk for large duration of shift.• Regularly required to lift and / or move items up to 50 pounds• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guest rooms within any given period of time.• Ability to focus on details.• Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.• One-two years’ experience as a barista. • Food handler’s certificate required.
